Birchgrove Renovation
The Birchgrove renovation called for a complete redesign of the rear of the dwelling. The existing lean-to kitchen was demolished and replaced with a light-filled kitchen and dining area with bedrooms and living areas above.
The modern materials contrast with the existing building to create a strong distinction between new and old.
