Dover Road Renovation
The brief from the property developer was to transform an unrenovated 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor of an apartment building in Rose Bay to maximise its value. Their goal was to “flip” the property and have it modernised and ready for sale within 12 weeks.
The advantage was that the top floor apartment was originally on two titles. We suggest in order to maximise the unit’s potential was to turn the single unit into two units with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms in each. The building was also an old art deco apartment built in the 1940s, which had an outdated design.
Our proposal was to modernise the unit for an open plan design. We achieved this by creating a design that would unlock the property’s potential, managing construction to the client’s deadline and providing interior styling so the property was looking its best.
